Working principle
Vibration sensors are installed at the inlet and outlet of the measuring tube, causing the measuring tube to perform reciprocating periodic motion at a fixed frequency. When fluid flows through, the Coriolis force effect is generated, making the measuring tube undergo torsional vibration and produce two signals with different phases. The phase difference is proportional to the mass of the fluid, so the mass value of the fluid can be obtained. In addition, the vibration frequency of the measuring tube is determined by the measuring tube and the mass of the fluid inside it. When the fluid density changes, the vibration frequency will change accordingly, based on which the fluid density value can be obtained. Meanwhile, there is a temperature sensor on the measuring tube, which can detect the fluid temperature in real time.
